CS2 Nuke callouts: the 41 names on the map, what each one means, and the order to learn them in

Nuke is a bomb defusal map that has been in the series since Counter-Strike 1.6. It is set in the United States and it is built on two floors, an upper level and a lower one, which is why the callouts matter more here than on most maps. A single call can point at a room on the roof or a room under it. Total CS keeps an interactive map and a searchable table of 41 callout names for Nuke, and the page says the map and its callouts are the same, or very similar, in CS2 and CS:GO.

T side and the A approach
  • T Spawn: the area the Terrorist team starts each round in.
  • Lobby: the closest room to T Spawn, surrounded by Sandbags, Squeaky and Radio.
  • Squeaky: the area just off Lobby with the squeaky door that leads on to A Site.
  • Sandbags: the sand bags between Lobby and Hut.
  • Hut: the metal hut on A Site that connects Lobby to A Site. CTs often molly it to stop a rush.
  • Tetris: the boxes in front of Hut.
  • Main: the room that connects A Site to Outside.
  • A Site: the region where the bomb can be planted at A.
The roof and the upper rooms
  • T Roof: the roof above Lobby, reached by a ladder near T Spawn. From there you can reach Silo.
  • Radio: the room between Lobby and Trophy, sign posted as Radio on the old Nuke map. It now has vending machines in it.
  • Trophy: the room with trophies in it, next to Radio and Control.
  • Control: the room that leads on to Ramp from Trophy.
  • Hell: the area under Heaven, near T Spawn and next to Turn Pike and Locker.
  • Heaven: the raised area that looks out onto A Site, reached by the ladder in Hell.
  • Lockers: the locker room with a window looking out onto Garage and CT Red. It is next to Hell.
  • Rafters: the raised area connected to Heaven that runs along the back wall of A Site.
  • Mustang: the raised area next to Rafters and above the entrance to Hut from A Site.
  • Bridge: the bridge that connects Rafters to Mustang.
  • Headshot: the box at the back of Ramp, a common spot for CTs to AWP.
B Site and the ramp
  • Ramp: the ramp that leads down to B Site, and the room around it.
  • Bottom Ramp: the lower part of Ramp.
  • B Site: the area where the bomb can be planted on B.
  • Big Box: the area around and on the big box just above the ramp to B Site.
  • Stack: the boxes in the Turn Pike side corner of Ramp.
  • Boost: the boxes next to the entrance to Ramp from Control.
  • Turn Pike: the room between Ramp and Hell.
  • Dark: the corner next to the stairs on B Site, named for how dark it is.
  • Window: the room with a large smashable window that looks out onto B Site.
  • Doors: the double doors that lead from Tunnels and Window on to B Site.
  • Decon: the room with the single door that connects Back Vents and Tunnel to B Site, not the double doors.
  • Back Vents: the region between Decon and Tunnel that Vents leads out on to.
  • Tunnels: any tunnel at B not covered by the Secret, Back Vents or Window callouts.
Outside, the Secret route and the CT side
  • Outside: the area between Silo, Garage, Secret and A Main.
  • Garage: the large warehouse near CT Spawn, next to Secret. CT AWPers often play here, watching Silo.
  • Silo: the large silo that can be reached from T Roof and overlooks Outside.
  • Secret: the staircase that leads from Outside down to Tunnels.
  • T Red: the red shipping container in Outside, close to Silo.
  • CT Red: the red shipping container in Outside, close to Garage.
  • CT Box: the box near CT Spawn, close to the stairs that lead from CT Spawn.
  • CT Spawn: the location the Counter-Terrorist players spawn within.
  • Vent: any area inside the vent system that connects A Site, Secret and B Site together.
Names that come in pairs

Ramp and Bottom Ramp are the same route at two heights, so a call for one can mean the other. Vent, Back Vents and Tunnels are three parts of the same lower network. T Red and CT Red are two separate red shipping containers in Outside, one near Silo and one near Garage, so always say which one.

Total CS lists 383 callout names across eight maps and flags Cobblestone and Train as CS:GO only. Nuke is not one of them.
